FarmFlow is a full-stack farm management system built for a poultry farming operation that had outgrown spreadsheets.
The platform gives farm managers real-time visibility into every active batch: intake date, current weight estimates, feed consumption, mortality rates, and projected profit per batch. Historical data powers trend analysis that helps managers improve yield over time.
The compliance module automatically generates the documentation required for regulatory audits, saving the team hours of manual work every quarter.
A mobile-first dashboard means managers can check key metrics from anywhere on the farm without needing to return to the office.

Stakeholder workshops
